Driver Volunteer Role

Each week more than 100 homebound older adults call The Shepherd’s Center to schedule a ride to a medical appointment or grocery shopping. We need RSVP volunteer drivers to help getting them there!

Volunteer drivers and riders enjoy interacting with each other and some build relationships that last years. For some Shepherd Center’s riders, the drivers are the only people they've seen in days. RSVP drivers are appreciated by Shepherd Center’s staff, the riders and their families.
